Mengruolan Factory – Making Quality Fashion Since 2010
Mengruolan started in 2010 as a small factory with a big goal: make good clothes, the right way.
At the beginning, we didn’t have much experience. But we were willing to learn. We studied how top fashion brands worked. We practiced again and again. Stitch by stitch.
We invested early in professional machines. Four-needle six-thread. Lockstitch. Special side-seaming machines. Whatever the job needed, we made sure we had the tools.
Our first real opportunity came from a local boutique brand. They needed custom dresses with detailed workmanship. The order wasn’t easy, but we delivered it perfectly. That client still works with us today.
2013
By 2013, we became serious about one thing: quality.
We hired experienced sewing masters to lead our production and QC. We paid well, because skill matters. Every piece is checked carefully before it leaves our factory. No shortcuts.
2015
In 2015, our production was fully stable
That’s when we opened our international trade department. Our first overseas client was a European fast-fashion brand. Their standards were high. Their timelines were tight. We met both—and even shipped early.
Rapid Development
After that, more clients followed. From the U.S. to Japan. Casual brands. Minimalist brands. Long-term partners who trust our quality.
2019
Since 2019, we’ve focused on flexible production
Small batches. Fast turnaround. Perfect for DTC and growing brands.
One online brand asked for 500 jackets for a launch. We finished in two weeks. They sold out in days.
Today
Our monthly output is 50,000 to 80,000 pieces.
We also work with 8 partner factories to handle larger orders. Every order, in-house or outsourced, is checked by our QC team. Quality is never negotiable.
