Dongguan Mengruolan Garment Factory is a Chinese women’s clothing manufacturer serving the European and American markets, specializing in OEM, ODM, and customized production services for women’s apparel. As an experienced Chinese garment factory,We mainly produce dresses, women’s tops, T-shirts, jackets, blouses, skirts, trousers, and swimwear. Our factory has two production lines, one for knitting and one for weaving, covering an area of approximately 2000 square meters. Design Sketch

Customization at Mengruolan Garment Factory begins with design production. It is our design and pattern team that defines the structure of the product on the basis of the requirements of the client, the styles of references and the target market. They verify the feasibility of the design to actual production and prepare the base for the next wholesale customization developed by our garment factory.
Fabric Souring

In the process of sampling garments, the fabric and accessory solutions are also confirmed actively, and they are consistent with the style requirements and the cost targets. This makes sure that the fabrics are fit to be used in bulk production and export, and eliminates variation-initiated time and cost wastage in the future.
Pattern Making

Once the design is finalized, the next step is pattern making. The paper patterns and sample garments are made by experienced pattern makers. The sample garment can be modified as required to ensure that the pattern, size and fabric effect are as per the requirements, which reduces the risks in bulk production. Being a professional garment manufacturer, this is a vital step.
Cutting

After the fabric is approved, it is cut. The factory cuts the material as per the final design, ensuring minimal wastage and accuracy in size. The standardized cutting process is vital to ensure that the garments are consistent and of good quality.
Artwork/ Technique

We provide professional custom services including embossing, digital printing, discharge printing, screen printing, silicone printing and embroidery. Prior to production, we strictly confirm pattern positioning, colors and techniques to ensure washable, long-lasting results that meet export-grade mass production standards.
Sewing

The expert sewing professionals provide the excellent sewing work that lasts long on all the clothes. We achieve uniform seam strength, clean finishing and a perfect fitting of large quantity orders through high-tech sewing machines and strict quality control. Since every stitch that we make demonstrates our pledge to quality apparel production.
Inspection

Packaging

We pack using the brand name packaging and then tag and fold according to the needs of the clients. When all is verified, we arrange shipping to ensure that the wholesale custom clothing orders arrive in full and on time.

This is achieved by using professional pressing equipment to iron and shape the clothes to eliminate wrinkles and ensure that the lines are straight and the surface is flat. It is a significant step of the garment manufacturers that can enhance the quality of products.
