Style Development and Production Assessment
Clients send different things. Sometimes one design drawing, sometimes a full technical package. We first check if the structure can be mass-produced, whether materials are available, and if the quantity is worth running. If information is missing, we list what is needed. Dimensions, structure description, material information. Then we start development. The assessment sets the quotation range and tells us what else the client needs to provide. This step stops us from getting halfway through development only to find out the structure cannot be mass-produced or the fabric cannot be sourced.
Coordination of fabrics and accessories
The fabric you picked might be gone. We call the supplier and ask what is close. If they have something, we send you the hand feel and a photo, and we tell you straight if the weight or drape is off. Zippers, buttons, labels, trims — we check them alongside the fabric, not later. For custom hardware, we need the mold drawing first. Then we get real numbers from the supplier: sample fee, minimum order, and actual lead time. No guessing.
Pattern Making and Sample Making
The sample is not just there to "look like" your design. It sets production standards that can be approved, modified, and replicated. The pattern maker looks at fabric characteristics and checks the neckline, shoulder line, sleeve pocket, waist and hip, length and ease. Every change gets noted with its location and target size, and the pattern and project files are updated at the same time. If the structure needs redoing, materials need changing, or new processes need adding, we re-evaluate the cost and timeline.
Private Labeling and Brand Packaging
We have seen production finish only to find out the tag size is wrong or the bag thickness is off, and rework costs a lot. That is why we check the main label, care label, hang tag, size label, polybag, and carton label against your brand documents once, and include them in the order information from the start. Packaging requirements go into the order details and do not change after garments are produced. The packing confirmation list covers main label content, care label language, tag size and material, bag thickness and printing, box specifications, and box label format. You can send us your existing packaging samples, or we can recommend a standard solution.
Small-batch and mass production
Big order or small order, we follow the same approved sample and the same documents. The production line does not care if it is fifty pieces or five thousand.
Quality Control and After-Sales Service
We check materials the moment they arrive. Before packing, we look at the overall appearance, test the zippers and buttons, check the labels, and count the quantity. If something is wrong, we pull the approved sample and the production records to see what happened. Then we decide whether to fix it, remake it, or work out a refund. You send us the style number, quantity, and a photo or video of the issue.
