Dongguan Mengruolan Clothing Co., Ltd. started in 2010. We are located in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, one of the main clothing manufacturing areas in China. The supply chain here is mature and the workforce is experienced. We develop and produce knitted and woven womenswear.
2,000-Square-Meter Factory
We have our own factory building, about 2,000 square meters. Sample making, cutting, knit sewing, woven sewing, ironing, inspection, and packaging each have their own area. The sample room is separate from the main production floor so development samples do not get mixed with bulk goods. Cutting has professional machines and layout tables. Knit and woven sewing are on different lines because they need different equipment and skills. The ironing area is split by fabric type so temperatures do not cross over. The inspection area has standard measuring tools. You can visit by appointment or video call.
A Stable Team of About 100 People
About 100 people work here. Pattern makers, sample makers, cutters, sewers, pressers, QC, packers, sales, and the people who follow your order. Everyone looks at the same project document so nobody is guessing. Mr. Li runs the pattern room. He has been here 15 years. When a collar sits wrong, he changes the pattern angle. He does not tell you to change your design.
Knit and Woven Womenswear Production
We make knit and woven women's clothing. Dresses, tops, shirts, suits, coats, skirts, pants, shorts, sweatshirts, sportswear. Each line has its own machines and its own people.
Equipment
About 60 Brother sewing machines. Six Dürkopp folding ironing machines. Ten Italian ironing machines. We also have an independent design studio and sample room. Equipment is assigned by style and fabric. Fine needle machines for knits. Large needle machines for heavy coats. Everything is maintained regularly. The sample room operates independently so development is not interrupted by bulk production.
Monthly Production Capacity and Export Services
On a normal month we push out 60,000 to 80,000 pieces. Could be more, could be less, depending on what styles are running. A lined blazer takes longer than a basic t-shirt. We have shipped to Europe, America, Australia, and over 30 other countries. Every market has its own label and packaging rules. We sort that out per order.
