Meng Ruolan Apparel has been making women’s clothing in Dongguan since 2010. We develop knit and woven dresses, tops, skirts and pants for overseas brands, from the first sample through bulk production.
2,000-Square-Meter Factory
We have our own factory building, about 2,000 square meters. Sample making, cutting, knit sewing, woven sewing, ironing, inspection, and packaging each have their own area. The sample room is separate from the main production floor so development samples do not get mixed with bulk goods. Cutting has professional machines and layout tables. Knit and woven sewing are on different lines because they need different equipment and skills. The ironing area is split by fabric type so temperatures do not cross over. The inspection area has standard measuring tools. You can visit by appointment or video call.
A Stable Team of About 100 People
About 100 people work here. Pattern makers, sample makers, cutters, sewers, pressers, QC, packers, sales, and the people who follow your order. Everyone looks at the same project document so nobody is guessing. Mr. Li runs the pattern room. He has been here 15 years. When a collar sits wrong, he changes the pattern angle. He does not tell you to change your design.
Knit and Woven Womenswear Production
We mainly make dresses, tops, skirts and pants. Knit and woven. Separate lines. Different needles, different sewing methods, different pressing temperatures.
Equipment
About 60 Brother sewing machines. Six Dürkopp folding ironing machines. Ten Italian ironing machines. We also have an independent design studio and sample room. Equipment is assigned by style and fabric. Fine needle machines for knits. Large needle machines for heavy coats. Everything is maintained regularly. The sample room operates independently so development is not interrupted by bulk production.
Monthly Production Capacity and Export Services
Our monthly output is usually between 60,000 and 80,000 pieces. The exact number changes with the styles on the lines. A lined dress takes more time than a basic top, so we check the style, fabric and quantity before confirming a production date. We have shipped orders to more than 30 countries and regions, with labels and packing prepared to each customer’s requirements.
