Custom Women's Clothing Manufacturer
We make custom women's clothing in Dongguan. You send a sketch or a reference sample. We look at it and tell you if it works for bulk production. Sometimes a design looks good on paper but the seam will not hold when you sew a hundred pieces. We catch that early.
You can use your own size chart. Or we can build one for your market. Base sample first. You approve the fit. Then we grade sizes. We sew at least one graded sample and check it on a real person before we cut bulk fabric.
What We Make
We are a custom womenswear factory. Dresses, tops, bottoms, sets, outerwear, loungewear. Each category uses different machines.
Knit and woven do not mix. The needles are different. The pressing temperature is different. A knit neckline put through a woven machine comes out wrong. We keep them on separate lines.
From Sketch to Production Pattern
You give us a sketch. The shape, the seams, the pleats, where the trim goes. Our pattern maker draws it on paper. Then he thinks about sewing fifty of them. Will that seam hold? Will that pleat make the skirt hang funny? If something is off, he fixes it on paper before we touch the fabric.
Fit Development & Size Grading
Bring your own size chart. Or we start from scratch. Base sample first. You try it. You say yes or no. Then we grade.
We do not photocopy the small size bigger. Shoulder slope changes. Armhole depth changes. Waist-to-hip changes. Each size is recalculated. Then we sew one graded sample and put it on a real person. Only then do we cut bulk.
Fabric & Pattern Together
Same pattern, four different fabrics. Four different garments. Stretch fabric needs tighter seams or it pops. Fluid fabric needs shoulder support or it collapses. Heavy fabric needs wider stitches.
We pick the fabric and fix the pattern together. Not pattern first, fabric later.
Construction Details & Branding
Neckline, sleeve head, pocket position, zipper, buttons, embroidery. Every style gets its own checklist. Stripes must match at the seams. Elastic must pass stretch-back testing. We do not use one checklist for everything.
Private Labeling and Brand Packaging
We are a private label womenswear manufacturer. Main labels, care labels, hang tags, size stickers, polybags, carton marks. All made to your files. Confirmed at the pre-production sample. After that, no changes.
First Order to Reorders
First order is a test. See if the style sells. See if the fit works. Once you approve, we file the pattern and process card under the style number.
You reorder. We pull the file. Same pattern, same process. But the new fabric batch gets checked again. Color, hand feel, shrinkage. This is how we handle made-to-order women's apparel. The old fabric results do not apply. The pattern does.
