Flexible Payment Structure
Small orders normally use 50/50 payment terms, while larger orders can be arranged on 40/60 terms after the order details are confirmed. The payment schedule is written into the order agreement before production begins, so both sides know the required amounts and due dates.
Suitable for Small-Batch Market Testing
As a small batch clothing manufacturer, MRL Apparel normally accepts 50–100 pieces per style for dresses, tops, skirts and trousers, depending on the fabric and construction. This allows a new brand to test one style first and increase the quantity when it is ready to reorder.
Some fabrics have their own supplier MOQ, which may be higher than the garment quantity. We check this before sampling and explain whether it affects the fabric choice, order quantity or cost.
Repeat Orders and Collection Development
As a repeat order womenswear supplier, MRL Apparel keeps the approved pattern, size chart, workmanship and packaging requirements under the original order record. For a repeat order or a related style, the team retrieves these confirmed files before production begins.
Every new fabric batch is tested for shrinkage and color fastness as part of the normal process, whether it is for a first order or a repeat order. This helps identify batch differences before cutting and keeps repeat production close to the approved sample.
Quality Responsibility and Handling
Before shipment, customers or appointed third-party inspectors can carry out the agreed inspection. If a quality problem is found, we check the affected quantity, inspection records and production records before confirming the cause and responsibility.
When the responsibility lies with MRL Apparel, the solution may include remaking the affected goods, compensation or a negotiated refund, depending on the scope of the problem. If the issue is linked to a customer-approved material or process, we share the records and discuss a practical solution with the customer.
