Mengruolan Garment Factory was established in 2012 and it is an experienced garment manufacturer that provides customized apparel production. We also provide international shipping services to the brands around the world, boutique stores, and online business entities. We have our production plants in Dongguan, Guangzhou, which is the fashion capital of China. We have a fully integrated system of the supply chain. Our products are exported to 30+ countries, such as Europe, North and South America, Japan, South Korea, and Australia.
Our Professional Team & Strength
The total number of the team members is 100 and all of them are qualified professionals. There are eight head designers along with pattern makers who can turn design sketches into production-ready technical drawings, all of which have over 10 years of experience.
The company has 45 highly experienced tailors along with sewing technicians who have been in the field for more than five years on average.
Eight full-time quality inspectors strictly adhere to the AQL 2.5 inspection standard.
The company employs six foreign trade merchandising specialists to provide bilingual support to the customers in both Chinese and English. The workforce of the company participates in such industrial exhibitions as the Shanghai International Clothing and Accessories Fair and the Canton Fair on an annual basis to ensure that the company stays in touch with the latest fashion trends in the world. In 2023, the company developed and manufactured 12 spring dresses for a French luxury brand, and the client approved of the project because of its precision in manufacturing and efficiency in communication.
We have a spacious production area, covering 2000 square meters. It has everything needed to meet various needs. Our setup
The factory contains forty-five Japanese Brother machines of industrial sewing, twelve overlock machines of German Durkopp, and eight pressing equipment sets which are Italian. The same is a stand-alone pattern making and sample production location that constantly produces sixty thousand to eighty thousand pieces per month. We are able to carry out large order sizes since the smallest order size is two hundred units of a style and we deliver the order in 20 days. We also do small batch custom orders of fifty to one hundred pieces and by mixing styles and colors. We can deliver the samples in seven to ten business days.
We performed three fast replenishment orders on behalf of a brand based in California, USA, during the first quarter of 2017, and shipped 12,000 hoodies by air, with all of them being shipped in time.

Dress Collection includes the silk dresses and the cotton and linen woven dresses and the knitted bodycon dresses, Tops collection includes the shirts and custom T-shirts and stylish jackets. Pants collection includes the high-waisted wide-leg pants and jeans and casual sweatpants, Outerwear series includes the denim jackets and trench coats and quilted cotton jackets Knitwear includes sweatshirts, hoodie, tracksuits, and the like.
Last year we developed a series of linen-blend dresses for the Japanese customers, with a special washing process. The first order was 6,000 pieces and the repeat purchase rate was 35%.
Quality Control: Six-Stage Inspection System. We implement a rigorous quality inspection process:
The fabric that comes in is tested to see whether it maintains color, or shrinks down, and how heavy it is. Initially, production begins following client confirmation on the sample. In the interim in production, random pieces are checked to ensure processes are remaining consistent. At the end of the completed product is a full check of all loose threads and stains, bad sewing. Finally, batches are sampled based on the AQL system. Before shipping, the client or third party is welcome to inspect.
Our defect rate has consistently been kept below 0.1%, and in 2023, we completed 30 export orders with no quality claims whatsoever.

Here is a full range of garment customization services we provide: Sample-based manufacturing: Clients send in samples or design sketches and we take care of the fabric sourcing, the pattern making and the manufacturing. Material-based manufacturing: The material is provided by the customer, and it is cut and manufactured by us. Turnkey solution: We offer an end-to-end service that begins with the design and development and ends with the finished product. ODM service: We propose better-selling styles as per the market requirements of the customer.
We developed a new range of organic cotton knitwear for our Australian client and manufactured it within 28 days since the design concept till the first batch of big scale production, passing three sample check-outs and two process improvements.
