As a women’s clothing OEM manufacturer with ODM development support, MRL Apparel offers two ways to start a project. If you already have a Tech Pack, size chart and approved design, we can review them for OEM production.
If you have a clear product category, target market and price range but still need help with fabric, shape or construction, we can develop it as an ODM project. After reviewing your information, we tell you which route fits the project and what is still missing before sampling.
OEM Production from Your Tech Pack
OEM orders follow your existing Tech Pack, size chart, artwork or reference sample. Working with a tech pack clothing manufacturer means these files are checked for missing or conflicting details before sampling begins.
Once the fabric, color, trims, labels, packaging and sample are approved, they become the production standard. Later changes are made only after written confirmation, with any effect on cost or timing explained first.
Clothing ODM Development Service
ODM development starts with your product category, target market, price range and the type of fit you want. Based on that brief, we suggest one or two directions for the silhouette, fabric and likely production cost.
You choose which direction moves into sampling. We do not develop an unapproved idea or make design decisions without your confirmation.
Pre-Development Feasibility Check
Before sampling, we check whether the selected fabric, construction, trims and special processes can be repeated in bulk. Some fabrics and custom hardware have supplier MOQs, while outsourced embroidery or a new mold can add cost and development time.
If an outside embroidery process is required, allow about 5–7 additional days. We explain these limits before development starts so you can adjust the quantity, material or target date.
Samples, Revisions and Approval
Once the design information and materials are confirmed, a standard sample normally takes 7–10 working days. The project includes up to three reasonable revisions for fit, measurements, construction or workmanship.
Changing the fabric or substantially changing the garment structure requires a new review of cost and timing. Bulk production follows only the sample, pattern and documents approved in writing.
Approved Specifications for Bulk Production
Before we cut bulk, we lock in fabric, color, size chart, pattern, trims, workmanship, labels and packing. Approved sample and final files go under one version number. That's the only version the floor sees.
Design Data and Confidentiality
Your designs, tech packs, patterns, branding files — only for your project. We don't publish your styles, logos or documents without asking.
