A: We're a factory. Own place in Dongguan, China. Pattern work, sampling, cutting, knit and woven sewing, finishing, QC, packing — all in-house. Not a trading company.
A: Yes. We make a development sample for you to check the fit, measurements, fabric and workmanship before bulk production. Production begins after the sample and final order details are approved.
A: The sample cost depends on the design, pattern work, fabric, trims and construction. Send us your Tech Pack, reference sample or clear images, and we will review the details and confirm the sample price before development starts.
A: Yes. The sample fee is refunded when you place the bulk order.
A: Sampling normally takes 7–10 working days. Bulk production usually takes 20–25 days after the sample, fabric and order details are confirmed. The final lead time depends on the style, quantity, materials and current production schedule.
A: Tech pack with measurements, construction details and artwork. That's the easiest way to start.
For prints or embroidery, send AI, PDF, PSD or high-res TIFF.
No tech pack? Send a reference sample or clear front, back and detail shots. We'll tell you what else we need before we start sampling.
A: Send us your tech pack or style images, plus estimated quantity, fabric, size range and when you need it. Website form, email, WhatsApp or WeChat — whatever works for you.We review it and quote based on what you actually need. Proforma Invoice goes out once we agree on order details, price, payment and delivery terms.
A: Yes. Our MOQ normally starts at 50–100 pieces per style, depending on the fabric, number of colors and construction. We work with new brands placing a first test order as well as established customers planning larger or repeat production.
A: Absolutely. Just shoot us a message and we'll set it up. Someone will walk you around — sample room, floor, QC, whatever you want to see. If you can't get to Dongguan, just say the word and we'll do a video call instead.
A: These items can be added according to your packaging requirements and are quoted separately. The cost depends on the quantity, material, size, printing method and supplier MOQ, and we confirm it before production begins.
A: The price of a confirmed order remains fixed unless the style, quantity, materials or delivery requirements change. Repeat orders are quoted again because fabric, trim and production costs may differ from the previous order, and we explain any price change before confirmation.
A: We check new fabric batches for shrinkage and color fastness before production. Measurements, workmanship and key construction details are checked against the approved sample during production and before packing. Customers can also arrange an agreed third-party inspection before shipment.
