Q3 Production Slots Now Open Across Three Lines
We are pleased to announce that Dreamland Garment has opened Q3 production slots for three core spring-to-fall categories: crop tops, hoodies, and blouses. This Q3 top production update covers our full in-house capacity for fitted tops, casual outerwear, and lightweight woven shirts ahead of the seasonal rush.
Equipment, Capacity, and Line Breakdown
Our crop top line now runs four dedicated sewing stations with a monthly output of 6,000 pieces. These stations handle rib-knit crops, fitted tees, and loose boxy styles in cotton, modal, and polyester blends. The hoodie line operates three stations equipped with automatic drawstring threading machines and heavy-duty needle systems for fleece, French terry, and brushed cotton. Monthly capacity reaches 4,500 units. The blouse line spans four stations set up for thin-fabric handling, including chiffon, viscose, and silk blends, with a monthly capacity of 5,500 pieces. Combined, our multi-category apparel capacity now totals 16,000 pieces per month across these three categories. All eleven stations passed internal readiness audits in late July.

Bulk production starts 15 days after sample confirmation.
