Seam allowance by section. The shoulder might need 1cm. The side seam might need 1.5cm for French finishing.

Fabric direction and nap. A brushed viscose looks different when cut upside down. The Tech Pack needs a clear “one-way” or “two-way” note.

Colorway breakdown with Pantone codes. “Navy” is not a color specification. TCX codes are.

Trim and hardware placement. Button size and label position matter. A 15mm button looks delicate, while a 25mm button looks aggressive.

Construction callouts. If the neckline needs a twin-needle coverstitch, write it down. If the hem is raw-edge, specify the stitch density.

Tolerance range. A bust measurement of 96cm means nothing without a tolerance. A ±1.5cm tolerance at the bust keeps the factory honest.
