Before sampling, send your tech pack, size chart or original garment together with the target quantity. If you are working from photos, mark any changes to the neckline, waist, slit and length directly on the images.
For this wide strap side slit maxi dress, we can develop the base pattern around your measurements and required size range. Strap width, neckline depth, waist position, gathering direction and slit height are agreed during the first sample instead of being estimated from the model.

Our Services
Receive a Clear Quotation
The quotation is based on material choice, fabric consumption, size range, quantity, label files and packing method. Send the quantity by color and size when available, and we will return the material questions, sample cost and bulk price for review.
MOQ begins at 80 pieces per style. Once the material and sample are approved, the usual bulk production time is 20–25 days, subject to order quantity, construction and the available production schedule.
Support from Sample to Production
We run a separate sample room. Pattern work, fitting changes, size grading — all done before we cut bulk.
For private label maxi dress production, the approved sample and final measurement chart stay with the sewing team. That's what they sew from.
Before we ship, we check square neckline, strap balance, side gathering, slit position, finished length, labels and packing. Everything against the approved order. You can send your own checklist or bring in a third-party inspector if you want.
For repeat orders, MRL Apparel can continue from the confirmed pattern and specification. Tell us any new color, size or quantity changes so they can be reviewed before the next production slot is booked.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Sizes from 1X to 5X can be reviewed using your measurements and grading requirements. The base sample and size chart should be approved before bulk production.
Yes. Send the required quantity for each color. We will check the fabric supplier’s color minimums and confirm the available breakdown before quotation.
We accept T/T, PayPal and credit card payments. Small orders normally use 40/60 terms, while larger orders may use 40/60 terms after the project is confirmed.
