PRODUCTION CONTROL FOR 100% SILK

Silk needs careful handling. Before bulk production, we confirm the fabric hand feel and print appearance.

The panels are cut to the approved grain direction, then the bodice ruching is secured without flattening the intended folds. The open back, neck tie and joining seams are checked before the skirt is assembled.

For this asymmetric hem silk midi dress, the finished hem is checked after the garment is allowed to hang. Final inspection covers measurements, print appearance, seams, ruching, tie security, hem shape, labels and packing.
