More structured than your basic tube dress. Fitted through bust and waist, opens out slightly toward the hem. Pattern balance and upper-body support get locked in during sampling.
The narrow center-front U-notch is the signature detail. On this U-notch strapless mini dress, both sides of the neckline stay level. Notch depth, width and curve follow the approved pattern.
Bonded stretch crepe. Smooth surface, moderate stretch, enough body to hold the short shape. For this bonded stretch crepe dress, we check recovery, seam bulk, pressing response and any risk of impressions before we sign off on the fabric.
Customization
Neckline shape, notch depth, bust and waist measurements, dress length, hem flare, zipper type, and internal support can be adjusted from your tech pack or reference sample. Color, fabric option, size specification, main label, care label, hangtag, and packing method are confirmed.
Silk-screen printing and embroidery remain available when suitable for the artwork and fabric. We check placement, backing, surface pressure, minimum process quantity, and test results before confirming either decoration for this clean fitted style.

Factory and Production Control
As a strapless crepe mini dress manufacturer, MRL Apparel uses the approved sample and production file as the reference for cutting, sewing, pressing, measurement, and final inspection. Our 2,000 m² facility and around 100 team members allow the pattern room, sample team, production line, and QC staff to resolve fit or neckline issues.
For OEM strapless dress production, we don't start the line until the pre-production sample is reviewed. ERP keeps tabs on progress. Weekly updates go out. Six-stage inspection runs through incoming fabric, cutting, sewing, pressing, measurement and finished-garment checks.
Quotation
Quotation depends on fabric weight and consumption, order quantity, color split, size range, neckline construction, internal support, zipper, labels, decoration, and packaging. Any custom material or trim minimum above the garment MOQ is listed separately before sample development begins.
