Product Details
This deep V halter backless dress — fitted through bust and waist, opens out slightly toward the short hem. Neckline edge, under-bust shape, waist position and back tension all need to line up. Otherwise the front opening sits wrong.
Low open back isn't just for show — it's part of the fit. During sampling we check V depth, bust coverage, halter strap length, side seam position, back waist measurement, and where that open edge hits the waist.
Sequins run in vertical rows. We keep the direction consistent across panels so the light reflection matches front to back.
Polyester lining goes between the decorative shell and the body. Hides the inside construction. We check length, side seams, neckline attachment and hem position. So it doesn't roll out, pull against the shell, or peek below the mini hem.
Surface inspection continues after sewing and pressing. QC checks missing or damaged sequins, attachment condition, panel direction, neckline shape, measurements, lining coverage, and visible pressing marks against the approved sample without promising that no sequin can ever loosen.

Before cutting a polyester sequin mini dress, we inspect the material for missing areas, shade variation, backing condition, sequin direction, and usable width. The cutting lay follows the surface direction approved on the sample instead of using fabric solely according to the lowest-consumption layout.
The fabric weight is confirmed after material selection. Sequin size, density, and backing construction can change garment weight, drape, lining support, sewing time, cutting loss, and the quotation.
Seam allowances are planned around the sequin layout rather than forcing bulky decoration into every join. Where necessary, sequins are cleared or controlled near the seam line, and completed seams are checked for hard edges, uneven thickness, skipped stitches, and exposed thread ends.
Halter attachment points carry tension when the garment is worn, so reinforcement follows the approved sample. Neckline symmetry and strap position are checked again on first production pieces instead of relying only on the base-size pattern.
For small batch sequin dress production, our 2,000 m² facility and around 100 team members connect the pattern room, sample team, sewing line, finishing, and QC. Since 2010, the factory has used approved samples as the production reference for fit, sequin direction, lining, workmanship, measurements, and packing.
Quotation is based on sequin fabric cost and usable width, lining, consumption, quantity, color split, size range, construction, labels, and packaging. If the selected material has a supplier minimum above 50 garments, we list the additional material commitment and cost before sampling starts.
A1: please send us your design files or original samples. We will provide a quotation and make a production sample within 7 days. After your approval, we proceed to mass production.
A2: we implement strict QC process at every step. This includes pre-shrinkage of the fabric, spot density monitoring and a final inspection to ensure that each glitter is safe and the size is accurate.
A3: Because Meng Ruolan focuses on customized services, the design is free.
