1.Fabric — 65/33/2 stretch denim as shown. Switch to 100% cotton rigid denim, lighter chambray, or heavier 12oz denim.

2.Collar — point collar as shown, or spread collar, mandarin, or remove the collar for a neckline finish.

3.Sleeves — 3/4 length as shown, or long sleeve, short sleeve, cap sleeve, or sleeveless.

4.Fit — slim as shown, or relax the waist for a straight shift, or add a belted waist.

5.Pockets — chest patch pockets as shown, or move to the side seams, add hip pockets, or go pocketless.

6.Buttons — metal as shown, or mother of pearl, corozo, or your branded closure.

7.Wash — clean dark indigo as shown, or light vintage, acid wash, black overdye.

Fabric is 65% cotton, 33% polyester, 2% elastane. Mid-weight denim with stretch. Pre-shrunk before cutting. The elastane gives you shape retention, the cotton keeps the hand soft.
Chest pockets, two patch pockets with flaps. Side seams are flatlocked. No bulk at the hips.

Production Process

1: Fabric arrival. Every roll gets checked for weight, width, and shade. We wash a test swatch to confirm shrinkage is locked.
2: Spreading and cutting. We lay the fabric in single layers for denim to keep the grain straight. Computer nesting minimizes waste.
3: Sewing. Collar and cuffs go first, then the front placket, then side seams. We use flatlock at the sides and chain stitch at the inseams.
4: Pressing and pre-wash. Every piece gets pressed. Then a light enzyme wash to soften the hand and check for color bleeding.
5: Final QC. We measure bust, waist, hip, sleeve length, and overall length. Buttons are pull-tested. Off-spec gets reworked.
6: Packing. Folded to your spec, polybagged, carton loaded.
