Customization

Buyers can adjust the fabric, color, V-neck depth, front overlap, D-ring finish, tie length, sleeve measurement and finished garment length. Sizes can follow the existing S–2XL range or a brand’s own measurement chart.

Screen printing and embroidery are available when the selected placement and artwork suit the fabric. Main labels, care labels, size labels, hangtags and individual packaging can be prepared from the buyer’s branding files.

The front panels cross to form the V-neckline, while the extended waist tie passes through a metal D-ring at the side. The fastening controls the waist shape and leads into a slightly flared lower section rather than a straight shirt hem.

The back is fully covered and finished with a horizontal waist panel that continues the front shaping. Long fitted sleeves keep the silhouette clean without adding decorative elements that would compete with the wrap construction.

Wrap and Waist Construction

On this polyester spandex wrap blouse, the front overlap must provide suitable coverage while allowing the D-ring fastening to sit flat at the waist. The tie length, ring position and lower hem shape are balanced during sampling so the finished top follows the approved proportions.

The shoulder line and sleeves are developed together with the wrap front because changes to the chest or waist measurements can affect the neckline position. Reinforcement is applied where required around the D-ring attachment and other tension-bearing seams.

Bulk production follows the approved sample for the wrap overlap, waist placement, sleeve measurements and visible workmanship. Final inspection can follow the buyer’s AQL requirement, and customer-appointed third-party inspection can be arranged before shipment.
