Product Description
This deep-V ruched halter top — two front panels overlap and ruche into a wide waistband. The ruching gives you the front drape. Waistband keeps the lower half fitted to the body,
The halter panels continue around the neck and leave the back open. During sampling, we check the neckline depth, bust coverage, neck-strap length and back position together because changing one point affects the overall fit.
The current sample has a waist-length finish rather than a very short crop. Body length, waistband height and gathering can be adjusted to match the buyer’s size chart
Fabric Supply and Development
We work directly with over 20 fabric mills. 2,000-plus fabric options on hand, ready to go. But stock shifts with season, color and how much you need. We lock in the final selection before we quote.
Incoming fabric is reviewed for composition, weight, shade and visible defects before cutting. Fabric that does not match the confirmed order requirements is separated and reported instead of being mixed into production.
Buyer-supplied fabric is also accepted. Before production, we check the usable width, available quantity and handling requirements to confirm whether the material suits the pattern.

Customization
Buyers can change the fabric, color, neckline depth, gathering, waistband height, body length and size range. Embroidery or screen printing can be reviewed when the artwork and placement suit the draped construction.
Main labels, size labels, care labels, hangtags and packaging can be prepared from the buyer’s files. Label dimensions and placement are added to the production instructions before bulk sewing.
As a low MOQ halter top supplier, MRL Apparel starts this style from 50 pieces. Custom-dyed fabric or special trims may have separate material minimums, which are checked before the sample begins.
Production Control
The sample is checked for neckline balance, bust coverage, gathering distribution, waistband measurement and back position. Bulk cutting begins after the fit and construction have been accepted.
During production, the team checks seam alignment, left-to-right balance and the connection between the gathered panels and waistband. Finished tops are inspected for measurement errors, twisted seams, uneven gathers and pressing marks.
