100% polyester, 65 gsm. Semi-sheer. Navy flocked floral on a light mesh base — raised, not flat like a regular print.
This deep V tie-front long-sleeve top ties at the front with narrow straps. Seam sits under the bust, lower panels gather out to give the waist and hem some shape.
Sleeves fit tight through the upper arm, flare out slightly at the cuff. Cuffs and hem get a narrow finish so the lightweight fabric doesn't bulk up.
Neckline stability is one of the main sampling points. The two front edges must remain even without stretching, twisting or pulling away from the approved neckline position.
Tie length and attachment points also need to be checked on the fit sample. Changing the bust measurement or neckline depth can affect how the front panels meet, so these details should be approved together.
For the 65 gsm polyester flocked mesh top, motif direction should remain consistent across the front, back and sleeves. Exact flower placement can be specified when required, but it may increase fabric consumption during cutting.

Production and Delivery
MRL Apparel works directly with fabric and trim suppliers and coordinates the project from sample development through packing. A sample can be completed within 7 days after the fabric, measurements and construction details are confirmed.
Our low MOQ private label top production starts from 50 pieces per style and color. Different styles or colors can be included in the same purchase order, but each style-and-color combination must meet its own MOQ.
Orders between 50 and 300 pieces are supported, with production commonly scheduled within 8–25 days depending on material availability, flocking requirements and order quantity. The final date is confirmed after sample approval and material preparation.
Air and sea shipping can be arranged through existing logistics partners. Freight method, customs documents and delivery terms are confirmed separately for each destination.
