Meng Ruolan Apparel is a white cotton poplin puff sleeve top manufacturer for womenswear brands, wholesalers and importers. MRL-212 is made from 75 g/m² cotton poplin, with a wide scoop neckline, gathered short sleeves and three small front buttons.

Customization

The neckline depth, sleeve volume, body length and front opening can be adjusted from the approved sample. Buyers can provide a measurement chart or physical reference when the fit must follow an existing collection.

Buttons can be changed in colour, material, size or surface finish. Embossed branded buttons should be confirmed early because mould development and minimum accessory quantities may affect the quotation and production schedule.

Main labels, care labels and packaging can be prepared according to the buyer’s artwork. Colour development should be based on a Pantone reference or physical swatch rather than a screen image.

Alternative cotton or certified fabric options can be sourced on request. Certification claims will only be used after the supplier documents, certificate scope and validity have been checked.

White top, fitted body, shaped front and back panels. Below the buttons, the front stays open — two separate hem panels instead of a regular full-length placket.

This scoop-neck button-front puff-sleeve top has a wide neckline with a clean, narrow edge finish. During sampling we check neckline depth and width against your size chart. Small adjustments shift the shoulder position and bust coverage.

Puff sleeves, short. Gathered at the sleeve head, elastic cuffs. Gathering amount and elastic tension need to match left to right, so the shape stays balanced across the batch.

Three small buttons secure the upper front. Button spacing, attachment strength and the alignment of the two front panels are checked before bulk sewing, especially when the button design or bust measurement is customized.

The 75 gsm cotton poplin top has a lightweight, crisp appearance. As cotton poplin can react differently after pressing or washing, the approved fabric should be checked before the pattern and finished measurements are locked.

The existing sewing specification calls for approximately 13 stitches per inch, with blind stitching used where required for a cleaner finish. Stitch density, seam allowance and edge appearance are reviewed during sample development rather than relying only on the external shape.

Factory and Production Support

MRL Apparel manages pattern development, cutting, sewing and garment inspection through its Dongguan production team. For this style, the main production controls are neckline balance, equal sleeve gathering, button positioning and the alignment of the open front panels.

For private label women’s top production, the approved sample, measurement chart, fabric and button specification are recorded before bulk cutting. Any later change to the neckline, sleeve elastic or branded hardware must be reviewed for its effect on cost and timing.

Pre-production support can include fabric confirmation, pattern development, sample fitting, accessory approval and packaging review. Shipping arrangements are confirmed according to the destination, order quantity and agreed trade terms.
