Chocolate brown. Smooth with a slight sheen. 120 gsm woven. Holds the neckline but still drapes loose.
This wide-strap loose-fit sleeveless top — wide straps, balanced shoulder coverage. Straight body, no waist shaping. Curved hem, short side slits. We keep both sides even.
Tencel fabric can shift during spreading and cutting. We limit the number of cutting layers, keep all pieces facing the same direction and check shade variation before different fabric rolls are combined.
The V-neck is one of the main sampling points. Both neckline angles must remain symmetrical, and the narrow edge finish should lie flat without pulling the shoulder straps inward.
Armhole shape also affects how the loose body hangs. Our team checks the front and back armhole curves, shoulder width and side-seam position against the approved measurement chart.
Fine needles are used for the side seams and narrow edge finishing. The existing specification uses 13 stitches per inch, with reinforcement added at the top of each side slit.
For the curved hem, the fold width is controlled to reduce waviness. The finished sample is checked for neckline balance, smooth armholes, straight side seams, even slit height and hem appearance.

MRL Apparel operates a production workshop of approximately 2,000 square metres. Samples, bulk fabric, cut pieces and finished garments are kept in separate areas to reduce the risk of mixing materials between orders.
Each order receives its own product code, with colors, sizes and quantities marked before sewing begins. Cut components are tracked by bundle number, which helps verify size quantities and prevents dark fabric from being mixed with another order.
Managers can check progress through the cutting, sewing, pressing and final-inspection areas. Buyers may also arrange a live video factory review to see the workshop, work in progress and packing areas.
Our small-batch tank top production starts from 50 pieces per style, with samples available within 7 days after the fabric and measurements are confirmed. Bulk scheduling is quoted according to material availability, color development, customization and order quantity.
Send us your size chart, V-neck depth, strap width, color, and estimated quantity. If you don't have a full tech pack, reference images or a sample garment work too.
We'll send color and packaging details for your approval first. Payment terms and ratios are written into the order. Once the garments pass inspection, we arrange delivery by express, air, or sea freight.
QC checks: V-neck symmetry, flat armholes, hem fold durability, and slit construction. If a batch has problems, send us photos and we'll get back to you right away. We'll either rework or refund.
