As a women’s blank hoodie manufacturer, Meng Ruolan produces MRL-197 for fashion brands, merchandise programs, distributors and e-commerce clothing companies. The clean front and back panels provide defined areas for buyer-supplied artwork and branding.
The hoodie has a regular women’s pullover shape rather than an oversized or cropped fit. Body length, chest width, shoulder position, sleeve length and hood size can be adjusted from the buyer’s measurement chart.
280 g/m² Brushed Fleece
80% ring-spun cotton, 20% polyester. 280 gsm. This 280 gsm brushed fleece hoodie — smooth outer face, so your prints and embroidery go on clean. Inside is brushed, soft feel.
280 gsm is midweight. Not heavyweight. Before bulk approval we check shrinkage, colorfastness and surface stability against your test method.
A controlled pre-shrink process is used according to the confirmed fabric. The temperature cannot be fixed until the selected fabric, color and decoration method have been tested.
Printing and Embroidery
The cotton-blend surface supports screen printing and embroidery, subject to artwork size and stitch requirements. Print temperature, ink compatibility, embroidery density and backing material must be tested on the selected fabric.
Buyers can specify front, back, sleeve or hood decoration. Artwork dimensions, Pantone references and placement measurements should be included in the approved production file.

Hood, Pocket and Rib Construction
The double layer hood pullover hoodie includes a matching drawcord and a front kangaroo pocket. During sampling, hood balance, drawcord length, pocket symmetry and neckline opening are checked against the approved specifications.
Ribbed cuffs and hem help control sleeve openings and the lower edge. Rib recovery and attachment measurements are inspected instead of describing these parts as permanently windproof or resistant to deformation.
Twin-needle stitching is used on the confirmed construction areas. Stitch density, seam appearance and reinforcement points are reviewed before the approved sample is released for production.
