Product Description
We're a women's printed sweatshirt manufacturer. You send the artwork, measurements and what you need — we develop from there. 50 pieces minimum per style. Samples out in about seven days once specs are locked.
Relaxed crewneck, dropped shoulders, full sleeves, straight hem. Plain back. Front takes your print — lettering, geometric, whatever you have.
Fabric and Garment Weight
The confirmed fabric is 100% polyester knitted sweatshirt fabric with a weight of 200 g/m². The word “cotton” has been removed because it conflicts with the supplied composition.
This 200 gsm polyester sweatshirt is lightweight compared with standard fleece sweatshirts. Fabric structure, surface finish, opacity and hand feel should be confirmed from the selected bulk material before sample approval.
The existing information states that the fabric has no added elasticity. Because knitted construction can still provide mechanical stretch, the final stretch and recovery should be checked from the actual fabric rather than described as completely non-stretch.
A controlled pre-shrink process is reviewed according to the confirmed material. Static performance, fiber shedding, dimensional stability and colorfastness require an agreed test method and are not presented as unconditional guarantees.

Custom Print Development
The sample shows an oval letter graphic on the front chest. Buyers can supply their own artwork, Pantone references, print dimensions and placement measurements.
The artwork should be reviewed at actual production size before sampling. Fine lettering, thin outlines and large solid areas may require different screens, ink deposits or curing settings.
Print compatibility must be tested on the confirmed polyester fabric. Heat and curing conditions are controlled to reduce surface marking, color migration or changes in fabric appearance.
Labels, size labels, care labels, hangtags and packaging can be prepared for the buyer’s brand. As a private label sweatshirt supplier, Meng Ruolan confirms all branding files before bulk materials are ordered.
