Denim Fabric and Wash
Fabric's confirmed — 95% cotton, 5% elastane, 130 gsm. This is a lightweight stretch cotton denim mini skirt, so before bulk cutting we need to run opacity, stretch recovery and seam stability checks on the approved fabric.
Dark indigo is the current sample wash. Buyers can provide a wash reference, color standard or approved garment sample for wash development.
Wash changes can affect shrinkage, surface color and final measurements. The pattern and finished specifications are reviewed again after the wash process has been confirmed.

Sewing and Production Control
Flatlock seam construction is retained from the original product specification to keep internal seams controlled. Stitch density, seam stretch and thread color are approved before bulk sewing.
Inspection focuses on waistband height, waist and hip measurements, eyelet alignment, lacing symmetry, zipper operation and finished skirt length. Wash shade and metal hardware color are also checked against the approved sample.
Meng Ruolan manages fabric sourcing, wash development, hardware coordination, sample making and small-batch production for this style. As a custom denim mini skirt manufacturer, we use the approved sample, size chart and confirmed trim details as the bulk-production reference.
MOQ and Sampling
The MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color. A development sample can be completed in approximately seven days after the fabric, measurements, wash direction, eyelets and construction details are confirmed.
For quotation, buyers should provide the required quantity, size chart, wash reference and branding requirements. Changes to the eyelet layout, skirt length or waistband should be confirmed before sample approval.
