Product Description
This high-neck bell-sleeve lace top — fitted body, full sleeves, small flare at the cuff. Current sample has no body lining, so the floral lace and open areas show through.
Back fits same as front. Bust, waist, shoulder width, sleeve length, cuff opening — all adjustable to your size chart.
50% cotton, 50% nylon, 65 gsm. Ultra-lightweight lace, handled carefully in cutting, sewing and pressing.
Floral motifs line up across front, back and sleeves. We check how the pattern meets at shoulder and side seams, especially if you want a specific flower placed somewhere.
Neckline holds its shape without going stiff. During sampling we review the neck opening, seam allowance and back-neck construction together.

For this cotton nylon floral lace top, the main sewing risks are stretched edges, caught lace openings and uneven seams. Needle size, thread tension and stitch density are adjusted after testing the actual material.
Plain lockstitch sewing is used according to the original specification. The stitching is kept narrow and even so that the seam does not appear heavy through the lightweight lace.
The old page mentioned high-temperature shrink prevention. The actual pre-shrink and pressing settings must be selected after testing because excessive heat can affect nylon fibers or change the appearance of the lace.
