This deep V halter backless mini dress — wide halter ties, gathered under-bust band, ring at centre front. Fabric threads through the ring into an asymmetric drape. Skirt hangs loose from the raised waist.
The ring is decorative and structural, so its diameter, finish, edge smoothness and attachment method need approval before production. The olive green sample can be developed in custom shades after colour approval on the selected fabric.
Fit work focuses on bust coverage, halter length and the relationship between the ring and under-bust seam. Moving the ring changes neckline depth, gathering direction and front drape, so these points are measured together during fitting.
The halter ends need enough width to spread tension without twisting. QC checks left-right gathering, armhole exposure, waist placement, back opening and finished length against the approved sample.
Ring reinforcement follows the chosen hardware and fabric recovery. Seam type is set during sampling and checked on first production pieces before bulk sewing continues.

The Cupro blend halter dress uses smooth, fluid material, making cutting direction and handling important. Before bulk cutting, fabric is relaxed and tested for shrinkage, colour behaviour and dimensional stability, with results recorded by lot.
Cupro-rich fabric can shift during spreading, while excess pressure may mark the surface. Cutting lays follow grain direction, panels are bundled without stretching, and pressing temperature is tested on offcuts.
QC compares drape, shade, ring placement, gathering, measurements, seam appearance and surface condition with the approved sample. Required anti-pilling, anti-static or colourfastness performance is tested to an agreed method and acceptance standard before bulk.
During halter dress sample development, the pattern room translates a sketch, tech pack or reference garment into a first sample. Review notes identify target measurements, neckline coverage, ring position, drape length and back opening so revisions stay specific.
The 2,000 m² factory connects pattern making, sampling, sewing, finishing and QC. The sample team and sewing line agree on ring reinforcement, gathering method and pressing limits before construction is released.
Up to three reasonable revisions can be reviewed. Structural redesigns, new materials or replacement hardware may change cost and timing, which is confirmed before more work begins.
Quotation covers Cupro-blend fabric, usable width, consumption, ring sourcing, panel length, size range, colour split, labels and packing. Material minimums are checked separately from the 100-piece garment MOQ, with extra fabric commitments shown before sampling.
