Four details are confirmed on the approved sample before grading:
Cowl neckline: Approved fold and depth across sizes.
Straps and back: Balanced placement on both sides.
Waist seam: Fixed position for the approved body proportion.
Front slit: Confirmed height and reinforced opening.
These points define the wide strap cowl neck dress and are checked on the sample before grading.

Fabric: Keep the confirmed polyester composition or review another construction, weight or certified option, subject to availability.
Color: Match a Pantone code, approved swatch or physical color sample.
Trims: Review the zipper type and color during sampling.
Branding: Add the main label, size label, care label and hangtag.
Packing: Specify individual bags, barcode labels and carton marks.
For a 100% polyester front slit maxi dress, final fabric weight, surface and color must be approved before the bulk material is ordered.
Send the tech pack or reference images, size chart, required colors, estimated quantity and delivery date. If you need ODM help, mark the parts you want to keep and the parts you want changed.
The quotation is based on fabric selection, material consumption, size range, quantity, zipper, labels and packing. This avoids pricing a general dress that does not match your final specification.
Sample comments should include measurements or marked photos. Up to three reasonable revisions are supported when the original fabric and construction direction remain unchanged.
Bulk production normally takes 20–25 days after sample approval and material readiness. We confirm the current schedule before the order; third-party inspection is available on request.
