Collar Sleeve and Hem Details

The open front drops into a V neckline just under the pointed collar. No button placket in sight — and that’s the point. With nothing competing for attention, the collar shape does all the talking.

The sleeves are folded up to three-quarter length and held with a buttoned tab. Sounds simple, but here’s where samples go wrong: on a collared V neck blouse, the tab has to land right with the finished sleeve length, or one sleeve sits higher than the other. We check this on every sample, because it’s the kind of thing you only notice when it’s off.
At the back there’s a yoke seam and a softly curved hem. Want it straighter, longer, or a more relaxed fit overall? Shoulder width, body length, hem shape — all adjustable from your spec.

The confirmed fabric is 100% polyester. The fabric weight has not been provided, so it should be selected according to the required drape and coverage before sampling the three quarter sleeve polyester blouse.

Other solid colours can be developed from a Pantone reference or fabric swatch. We will confirm colour availability and the fabric supplier’s minimum quantity before ordering material.

Fit and Brand Details

MRL Apparel can adjust the neckline depth, collar size, shoulder width, sleeve length, tab position and finished body length. Button colour and material can also be changed to match the collection.

Main labels, care labels and hangtags can be prepared from the brand’s artwork. Individual bags and branded packaging are available when the packing requirements are confirmed with the order.

Sampling and Production

Starting with us is simple. Send over a tech pack, a sketch, or even a blouse from your own rack — as a custom women's blouse manufacturer, we can work from any of the three. Once we lock in the measurements, fabric and construction details, your first sample will be ready in 9–12 working days.

A few things worth knowing up front. MOQ is 100 pieces per style, per colour. After the PP sample gets your approval, bulk production runs 20–25 days — that's with fabric and trims already in hand. If anything's still missing on our side, we'll tell you before you confirm the order, not after.

When the sample arrives, don't check every stitch at once. With this style, most fit issues come from just a few spots — how the collar sits, whether the neckline is too deep or too high, the shoulder line, and the sleeve tab. Try it on, move around in it, and see how those feel. If they sit right, the rest is usually minor tweaks.
