The shirt has a revere collar, full button front, left chest patch pocket and relaxed, slightly A-line body. Its straight front hem, slightly longer back and short side slits create a clear front-to-back length difference.
A gathered panel sits below the back yoke. The volume comes from controlled gathers rather than fixed pleats, so it must remain evenly distributed across the back.
The fabric weight has not been confirmed and no GSM figure is stated. TENCEL™ Lyocell gives the blend a softer drape, while linen adds a drier hand and visible slub character.
Natural yarn variation is expected in this TENCEL™ linen blend sleeveless shirt. We still check for weaving faults, unusually thick areas and shade differences before cutting.

Fabric preparation is the first control point. MRL Apparel relaxes the selected fabric and records the shrinkage-test result before bulk cutting, then reviews whether the approved pattern needs adjustment.
The collar and front opening are checked together. On a revere collar sleeveless shirt, collar width, lapel depth, neckline opening and interfacing must suit the body of the selected fabric.
Interfacing that is too firm can make the front rigid, while insufficient support may leave the lapel uneven. The sample is also checked for balanced collar points, front edges and button positions.
Armhole shape and shoulder coverage are reviewed with the chest measurement. This helps prevent an armhole that opens too widely or a front edge that pulls away from the body.
The back gathers are checked before the lower panel is joined. Both side slits must finish at the same height, and the front-to-back length difference is measured after pressing.
For bulk production, the first completed piece is compared with the approved sample. QC covers collar symmetry, placket alignment, pocket position, button spacing, armholes, gather distribution, side slits and hem length.
Pressing temperature and steam are adjusted to the approved blend. Excessive heat or pressure can flatten the slub texture or leave impressions around the pocket, seams and buttons.
Before quoting, MRL Apparel reviews the fabric, pattern structure, quantity, colors and size breakdown. Fabric, buttons, labels, sewing, inspection and packing are calculated from the confirmed requirements.
The revere collar, chest pocket, back yoke and gathers add separate operations. Additional colors or a wide size split may increase cutting loss at the 50-piece starting quantity.
Meng Ruolan Apparel has managed women’s garment development and production in Dongguan since 2010. Pattern making, sampling, sewing, pressing and inspection are coordinated through its 2,000 m² facility, so collar balance or back-volume issues can be reviewed directly with the relevant team.
For this style, small batch women’s top production starts at 50 pieces. Bulk production begins after the sample, fabric, measurements, trims and branding details are approved.
Collar width, size chart, colors, button specs, estimated qty. Reference photos work too. Designer analyzes front placket, pocket, and yoke structure first.
Size ratio, individual pack, outer carton—all in the order. Payment terms on invoice. Shipping cost depends on carton size, destination, timing.
