This short sleeve covered button blouse looks simple. It isn't. The waist, the button positions, the hem flare — get one wrong and the fit goes wrong with it. So we take the first sample seriously: chest, waist, neckline, sleeve opening, finished length, all confirmed on it before we go any further.
Send a tech pack, a sample, or a reference garment. Whatever you have works. Once you approve the fit and button spacing, that pattern stays fixed for bulk cutting.
WORKING WITH LINEN-COTTON
This style runs in 60% linen, 40% cotton. Linen shrinks — anyone who has worked with it knows that. The shade can also drift a little from lot to lot, so we check every batch before cutting.
Want a different weight or a softer hand feel? Fine. We test the new fabric first, then adjust the pattern and pressing to suit.
For this panelled linen cotton blouse, we pay particular attention to the shaping seams and front button line during sewing. Bulk pieces are compared with the approved sample so the buttons sit straight and the hem keeps the confirmed shape.

Our woven production line and separate sample room handle pattern review, trial sewing, sample comments and approved bulk construction. For small batch blouse production, the same approved pattern and button specification are transferred to cutting and sewing records.
Quotation is based on fabric weight and consumption, button construction, size range, order quantity, labels and packaging. Bulk lead time is confirmed after the material, workmanship and production schedule have been reviewed for your first order and repeat orders.
