From Sample to Production
In OEM trouser production, the checking happens at every stage — fabric, cut pieces, sewing, finished garments, pressing, packing. Nothing gets a free pass.
For this pair specifically, we check the finished measurements, pocket openings, fly stitching and the direction of the stripes, then go over each garment for stains, loose threads and hems that aren't sitting even. Only then does it go into the box.
You're welcome to arrange your own inspection, or appoint a third party to come in before shipment — we work with both all the time. As for shipping, we coordinate it based on your order requirements and confirm all the packing details with you before anything leaves the factory.
