Sewing and Customization

The confirmed sewing method is lockstitch construction with visible denim topstitching. Stitch density, thread color, pocket alignment, fly construction and back-yoke symmetry are checked during sewing.

Buyers can change the denim, wash, rise, flare width, inseam, pockets and trims. Embroidery and screen printing can also be reviewed when the artwork and placement suit the denim and wash process.

These five-pocket flared women’s jeans have an extra-low front rise, fitted hip and thigh, and a full-length flared leg. The structure includes belt loops, a front button and zip fly, two front pockets, a coin pocket, two back pockets and a shaped back yoke.

The low-rise pattern needs more than a reduced waistband height. Front rise, back rise, hip measurement and yoke angle are developed together so the waistband position and back coverage remain balanced.

The flare begins around the knee and continues to the hem. Knee width, leg opening and finished inseam can be adjusted to the buyer’s size chart and target footwear height.

The sample shows a branded patch at the back waistband. Buyers can replace it with their own logo patch, subject to the confirmed material, dimensions and attachment method.

Craftsmanship

Denim and Wash Development

The fabric composition is 65% cotton and 35% recycled cotton. No elastane is listed, so stretch and recovery should be confirmed from the actual denim before the pattern is approved.

For these recycled cotton washed black jeans, the main fabric checks are weight, usable width, shade, shrinkage and surface consistency. The exact fabric weight was not supplied and should be confirmed before quotation.
