Fabric is often what decides whether a colour can go into production straight away. We can source available ribbed materials or work with fabric you supply; a colour that needs special sourcing may carry a different minimum from a colour already available.
Our viscose blend ribbed pants use 48% viscose rayon, 27% polyester, 21% nylon and 4% elastane. If you'd like another weight or rib texture, we can find alternatives and quote them separately — that way you can weigh up the options before placing the order.

Other colours: Available options depend on the fabric supplier. A physical swatch gives you a clearer colour reference than a photograph.
Waist elastic: Choose the width and firmness to suit your size chart. We settle the elastic specification during sampling.
Labels: Supply your main label, care label and hangtag artwork, or send the specifications for sourcing.
Packing: Individual bags and carton markings can follow your delivery instructions.
Sewing, Packing and Dispatch
Our private label pants production includes checks during sewing and before packing,For this product, we will measure the waist size and leg length of the finished product, reinforce the bag opening, and check for any stretching of the seams or any wave-like deformation of the hem.Furthermore, the vertical ribbing on the legs of the pants must also be kept straight and uniform.
