Product Description
This top is made from lightweight sheer woven fabric containing 100% recycled polyester. The black material allows light through the upper body and sleeves, so transparency consistency is checked before cutting.
The mini stand collar gives the front a clean finish. At the back, a vertical keyhole opening and two-button closure provide access without adding a zipper or a full placket.
The back-keyhole cap-sleeve top has dropped shoulders and short folded sleeve edges. Its straight, loose body requires enough width across the chest and shoulders without allowing the side seams to swing forward.
Sheer fabric can shift when several layers are cut together. We limit the cutting-layer count, control the grain direction and check that matching pieces have not moved before bundling.
Fine needles and lightweight thread are used around the shoulders, sleeve edges, back opening and hem. The existing specification uses 13 stitches per inch, fine lockstitch construction and flatlock or narrow bound seams where required.
After sewing, the garment is pressed at a controlled low temperature. Measurements, needle marks, seam appearance and back-button attachment are checked before packing.
