Meng Ruolan is a custom one-shoulder top manufacturer supporting womenswear brands with sampling and bulk production. MRL-202 has an asymmetric neckline, diagonal draping and a fitted lower section. MOQ starts at 50 pieces per style and color, with samples available from seven days.

Fit and Customization

Buyers can adjust the shoulder opening, neckline height, waist width, body length and amount of draping. A change to the neckline may also require changes to the shoulder panel, lining and internal seam positions.

Fabric color, fabric weight and lining can be changed after a material review. Main labels, size labels, care labels, hangtags and packaging can be prepared with the buyer’s information.

Brands looking for a private label women’s tops supplier can send a tech pack, reference sample or clear product images. We can source the fabric and trims, make the pattern and prepare a sample based on the supplied information.

Cut-and-sew production with buyer-supplied fabric is also available. Before cutting, we check the usable fabric width, quantity, shade and any handling requirements provided by the buyer.

Product Description

This asymmetric draped women's top — not the V-neck from the old page. One shoulder bare, the other covered by a wide panel that drapes front and back.

Loose up top, fitted at the waist. That's the shape. Drape and waist measurement get developed together.

96% polyester, 4% elastane, 75 gsm. Lined in 100% polyester so the outer layer doesn't go see-through.

For this polyester elastane draped top, outer and lining need to move together. Can't pull at the neckline or hem. We check stretch, shrinkage and pressing response on the sample before bulk.

Fold direction is built into the pattern, not arranged freehand. We mark the drape points so neckline height, exposed shoulder and front folds stay the same across the order.

Back has an asymmetric fold from the covered shoulder across to the other side. During fitting we make sure it sits flat and doesn't yank the neckline backward.

Production Control

The sample is checked for neckline position, shoulder stability, fold direction, waist measurement and front-to-back balance. These details are approved together because changing one area can alter the whole drape.

During sewing, the team checks stitch density, lining attachment and the main drape points. Finished tops are inspected for uneven folds, twisted seams, visible lining, measurement errors and pressing marks.

Bulk production follows the approved sample and final pattern. Buyers may also arrange their own or third-party inspection before shipment.
