Fit and Customization

Chest width, shoulder position, sleeve length, body length, collar size and cuff opening can be adjusted to the buyer’s size chart. Any fit change is added to the sample before bulk cutting.

Buyers can change the fabric color, embroidery artwork, motif spacing, thread color and buttons. Send the artwork or a clear reference image, and we will review whether the design suits the 75 g/m² fabric.

Product Description

This long-sleeve button-front shirt is regular fit. Pointed collar, straight hem, button cuffs. Current sample is brown with white floral embroidery — front, back, shoulders and sleeves.

Fabric's 82% lyocell, 18% polyester, 75 gsm. Light drape, slightly see-through. So embroidery and sewing settings have to match the actual fabric.

For this lyocell-blend embroidered shirt, the big thing is keeping the fabric flat around every motif. Too-dense embroidery pulls the surface, leaves a stiff patch, distorts nearby seams.

We test stitch density, thread tension and backing on the sample first. Backing should hold the stitching but not feel heavy or show through after finishing.

Motif placement gets checked before production. Artwork shouldn't hit the collar, button placket, buttonholes, cuffs or major seam allowances — unless that's what you designed.

Main construction uses straight stitching. After sewing and pressing, we check collar points, front placket, cuffs and side seams. Make sure those lightweight panels haven't twisted or puckered.

Production and Quality Control
Fabric shade and shrinkage get checked before we cut. Bulk doesn't start until the sample, measurements, embroidery placement and materials are all signed off.
Six steps total: incoming fabric check, sample approval, cutting and embroidery placement, inline sewing checks, finished-garment inspection, final AQL batch sampling. At every stage we pull the approved sample and production file to check against.

Finished shirts are checked for uneven embroidery, loose threads, stains, incorrect measurements, sewing faults and pressing marks. Buyers may also arrange their own inspector or an independent third party to visit the factory.

Meng Ruolan has a team of around 100 people, including eight full-time quality inspectors and six export merchandisers. Eight senior team members have more than ten years of garment production experience.
