Meng Ruolan Apparel is an OEM embroidered tank top manufacturer working from buyer samples, tech packs and design references. MRL-217 combines 135 GSM cotton jacquard, tonal leaf embroidery, a deep V-neck and layered self-fabric ruffles.

Custom Orders

For OEM projects, buyers can send a physical sample, technical drawing or measurement chart. When only reference images are available, our designer and pattern maker first break down the neckline, placket, shoulder construction and ruffle arrangement.

The embroidery motif, V-neck depth, ruffle layers, button size, body width and finished length can be adjusted. A physical sample is recommended when the trim position and ruffle proportions must be copied closely.

For a 135 gsm cotton jacquard embroidered top, embroidery placement should be approved together with the pattern. Changing the motif scale or coverage can affect fabric consumption, cutting layout and garment balance.

Tonal embroidery, contrast thread and spot printing are available. Screen printing, water-based printing and digital printing are better placed on flatter areas where the raised embroidery will not interfere with the result.

Main labels, care labels, hangtags and packaging can follow the buyer’s artwork. Final positions are recorded with the approved sample before bulk production.

Product Description

Chocolate brown. Loose A-line, cropped short. Sleeveless. Deep V-neck into a front placket — narrow ties, small matching buttons.

This deep V-neck ruffle-shoulder tank top — ruffles layered around the neckline and shoulders in self-fabric. Looks like sleeves, but no sleeves.

Both the main fabric and embroidery thread are specified as 100% cotton. The tonal leaf embroidery stays within the brown color family, allowing the texture to remain visible without creating a strong color contrast.

The fabric is pre-shrunk before bulk cutting. We also check shade variation, embroidery-thread strength and motif direction so the leaf pattern does not run in different directions between garment panels.

Because the raised surface can affect cutting stability, all panels are laid in the same grain direction. Heavily embroidered areas are kept away from the V-neck corners and front fold lines where possible, as excess thickness can affect neckline balance.

The ruffle width and gathering amount are checked against the approved sample. Tie spacing, button position and placket alignment must also remain consistent from piece to piece.

The placket bottom, tie attachment points and ruffle ends receive additional reinforcement. Pressing is completed from the reverse side to reduce direct pressure on the raised embroidery.

Uneven neckline, ruffle volume off, fit imbalance — sampling problems like these get fixed before we move into bulk.

For small-batch custom top production, supervisors assign operators according to the embroidery coverage, ruffle construction and required schedule. The same inspection standard applies whether the order begins at 50 pieces or moves into a larger production run.

Approved patterns, specification sheets and inspection notes stay with the order file. These records make repeat orders easier and reduce the risk of rebuilding the neckline, embroidery placement or ruffle dimensions from memory.
