Production Dates and Order Planning
Once the order details are settled, production gets planned around material arrivals and the approved sample. Bulk lead time normally runs 20–25 days after pre-production sample approval. The exact delivery date depends on order quantity, materials and the factory schedule.
Ordering several styles? We can review them together when delivery comes up. Tell us which styles need to arrive together and which can ship separately. That information is what we need to build a workable production plan.
The cotton viscose skirt and its polyester lining get checked as a garment during development. Basic shrinkage and colourfastness checks apply to new and repeat orders. Any extra testing requirements get discussed before production.

Options for Your Brand
Fabric and colour: Keep the stated blend, or review other options we source. Some fabrics come with supplier minimums. We confirm those before ordering.
Trims and belt: Choose the buckle, eyelets and zipper finish. Belt specifications get agreed across your size range.
Branding and packing: Main labels, care labels, hangtags, individual bags and carton markings can follow your artwork. Receiving instructions too.
Inspection and Delivery
During OEM skirt production, checks cover the fabric, cut pieces, sewing, garments, pressing and packing. Your team or an appointed third party can inspect the order before shipment, using the approved sample and measurement tolerances.
We can coordinate courier, air or sea shipping for the order and destination. Packing details and whether the belts are attached or bagged separately are agreed before dispatch.
After-Sales Support
If a production issue is found after delivery, send the order reference, affected quantity and photos. After reviewing the issue against the sample and records, we discuss remaking affected pieces, compensation or an agreed refund, depending on the findings.
